This move is expected to boost the adoption of blockchain in Nigeria and facilitate the growth of the industry by providing clarity and guidance on its use. It will also help to promote innovation and investment in the sector.
The Lagos state government has partnered with Oando and Yutong, an electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, to deploy 12,000 electric buses on Lagos roads by 2030. The first set of buses has been delivered, and Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu announced their arrival over the weekend.
